All Your Files, One Question

Stop digging through email, drawers, and WhatsApp. Ask one question and get the answer straight from your own files, with the source.

You already have the answer. It's sitting in an email, or a contract, or a photo of a receipt on your phone. You just can't put your hand on it fast. This is about asking one question and getting that answer, without digging through anything.

Here's the problem every shop and office has: your business's memory is scattered. Invoices in your email. Contracts in a drawer. Prices in a spreadsheet. What a supplier promised you, buried in a WhatsApp from three weeks back. So when a customer asks "what did we agree on?", you lose twenty minutes hunting for one line.

Now picture the opposite. Everything you own in one place, and you just ask:

  • "What's the warranty on the unit I sold the Odeh family back in March?"
  • "Which suppliers still owe me a delivery?"
  • "What price did I quote for the Dearborn job?"

One question. One clear answer. And it shows you the exact file that answer came from, so you can trust it.

Think of it as someone who has read every file you own and never forgets a thing. You ask in plain words, English or Arabic, and you get an answer.

This is where it's different from a regular chatbot. A chatbot knows the whole world. This knows your world: your files, your customers, your prices, your history. It's the difference between a clever stranger and someone who's worked beside you for ten years.

You can taste it today. Drop a few PDFs into Claude or ChatGPT and ask about them together. Try this: upload three invoices and ask, "Which of these is unpaid, and what's the total?" You'll feel it click.

That taste is the manual version — you're still uploading files one pile at a time. The real thing connects to where your files already live: your email, your drive, your phone. Nothing to upload. You just ask, any day, and the answer is already there.

This is the one I love building. If you want your whole business searchable by a single question, built around your files, your customers, and the way you actually work — that's exactly what I do. Let's talk.
