Your Paperwork, Handled
Letters, forms, contracts, and the pile on your desk — understood, filled, and shortened in minutes, not hours.
Every business has the pile. Letters you haven't opened, forms half-filled, a contract you signed but never really read. Paperwork is where hours quietly disappear. Here's how to get them back.
Understand anything in a minute. Got a letter from the city, the bank, or an insurance company that reads like a puzzle? Take a photo and ask, "What does this actually say, and what do I need to do?" A plain answer, no legal fog.
Fill the form without the headache. Snap the blank form and give your details once. Ask to be walked through it, box by box, in plain words. What used to be an hour of squinting becomes ten minutes.
Shrink the long stuff. A twelve-page contract or a supplier agreement — ask for the short version: what you're agreeing to, what it costs, and anything that could bite you later. Then you read the full thing knowing where to look.
Find what you filed. Keep your important documents in one folder on your phone or drive. When you need the lease terms or a warranty date, you ask instead of digging through a drawer.
Turn a mess into a letter. Got the facts but hate writing it up? Give the points and ask for a clean, polite letter — a late-payment notice, a complaint, a request. Fix a word or two, send it.
Start with the scariest envelope on your desk. Open it, take a photo, ask what it means. That's the whole trick.
And if you'd rather your paperwork was handled the moment it arrives — sorted, understood, and ready, built around your business — that's what I do. Let's talk.
